Exchanges for change of mind
If you change your mind, you may exchange the item. It must be unworn and in its original packaging. For fairness, you must pay delivery fees to return the original item to me.
Please send an email: di.oneill82@gmail.com. Please package the item carefully with padding. Please pay for tracking and share the tracking number. I will pay delivery fees to mail your new item to you, once I have received the original purchase back.
As a small business owner, I cannot provide a refund due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
Refunds. Only for items arriving damaged or faulty
For items that arrive damaged or faulty, I can offer a refund or mail a replacement item to you. You must provide a photo showing the damage. Please send an email: di.oneill82@gmail.com
Repairs to silver and cotton thread
I can repair or replace sterling silver or cotton thread if it becomes damaged. You must pay to ship the item to me. I will pay to return the mended item back to you. Alternatively you can drop off the item at my Mont Albert studio.

I cannot repair broken or chipped porcelain, because this type of repair will be visible.
