Care information
Care information
Porcelain is strong yet fragile. Care for your earrings like they are your grandma's best china.
Pack earrings carefully when travelling. Use washi tape or scrunched tissue paper to secure earrings in their box.
You can clean the silver hooks and hoops using a silver cleaning cloth. Rub gently.

Exchanges
If you change your mind, you may exchange a purchased item. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. For fairness, you must pay delivery fees to return the original item to me. I will pay delivery fees to mail your new exchanged item to you. I will mail the exchanged item once I have received the original purchase back.
As a small business owner, I cannot provide a refund due to a change of mind.
Refunds. Only for items damaged in the mail
For items that arrive damaged or faulty, I can offer a refund or I can mail a new item to you. You must provide a photo showing the damage.
Repairs
In the unlikely event your Sterling silver or cotton thread becomes damaged due to wear and tear, I can repair or replace the silver or thread for free. You must pay to ship the item to me and package it carefully with padding. I will pay to return the mended item back to you. Or you can drop off the item at my Mont Albert studio.
I cannot repair broken or chipped porcelain, because this type of repair will be visible.
